Constant communication

We think a personal touch is important. When a tenant submits a repair request on one of our managed properties, we immediately attempt to troubleshoot the problem. We do this before we contact the owner. Once we’ve determined that troubleshooting isn’t going to work then we immediately share the maintenance or repair request with the rental owner.
