Virtual Staging

At the moment I have several vacant homes that need help.  The problem with traditional staging is cost.  A second problem is logistics, I don’t have a truck so how do I get items that I already own onto the site.  Traditional staging companies charge a lot of money and it seems unfair to ask an absentee owner to shoulder that cost.

So in an attempt to make my properties pop and show well, I’ve engaged the services of two virtual staging companies.  I send them photos and they add furniture, art work and decor.  The examples posted on the web are cool, and I’m hopeful that the real thing will impress.
