3362 closed sales, 26 average days on market, average list price $312,510; average sale price $376,606***

***937 newly constructed homes with an average list price of $371,514 and sold price of $370,387. Analysis is that resale homes are still selling above asking price in many instances. This can be attributed to low inventory.
Median resale home price in March 2019 was $250,000 for the entire region served by TMLS.
