There is no doubt that our REALTOR partners are valued partners. Effective December 1, 2021, we’re offering a REALTOR reward referral program.
The easy to remember take aways:
- When a REALTOR refers a landlord/property owner to us for property management and when the first tenant moves into that managed home, we’ll pay a $200 referral fee.
- When the landlord/property owners makes a decision to sell the investment property we give the property back to the referring agent- no questions asked, no fee due. This is a promise we fee so strongly about that, WE’LL PUT THAT PROMISE IN WRITING.
