Originally from Maryland, Noah and his wife moved to Chapel Hill from Tallahassee, FL after her acceptance into UNC’s Physical Therapy program. Noah worked at Duke Health System for the next 14 years as an exercise physiologist, helping patients through their post cardiac and pulmonary rehab. Sensing a new chapter in his career, Noah committed to one of his other personal interests, real estate investment and rental properties.
He earned his NC Real Estate license in September 2020 and became a property manager with the team at MLSullivan Property Management. Noah is most passionate about helping people set the groundwork for generational wealth through investing in income producing real estate and continuing to help them after the sale by managing their investments. Noah lives in Hillsborough, where he enjoys the small town feel and country landscapes; and in his downtime, he enjoys being with his family and friends, cooking meals and living life together.
