For the next two to three years those who are able are going to have their pick of the litter when it comes to foreclosed homes. The trend in the last six month of 2010 is that there are some pretty good foreclosed homes coming on the market in Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Apex, Cary and Morrisville, North Carolina.
